½ x 200g pack melon.
150g fat free yogurt
2 tbsp fruit & fibre cereal or (Bran flakes)
1 tbsp mixed seed (Optional)
1 tsp cleat honey

METHOD

Top the melon with yogurt, then sprinkle over cereal mixed with seeds. Drizzle over honey and eat immediately.
