INGREDIENTS

  • 25g Panko Breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 Small Chicken 
  • 10g BBQ Seasoning
  • 1 tsp Coconut Oil
  • Side Salad

METHOD

  1. Pre heat your oven to 180 degrees
  2. Slice you chicken breast into strips and pour 1/3 of the bbq seasoning and let it marinate 1 hour if possible. The longer the better to get your flavours.
  3. Put your 1 tsp of coconut oil onto a tray and pop in the oven for 5 minutes to heat.
  4. Once your chicken is maintained get a side bowl and put the bread crumbs in, cover your chicken strips thoroughly.
  5. Then place the chicken on to the baking tray with the coconut oil and place in the oven.
  6. Prepare your salad.
  7. Cook for 35-40 minutes depending how thick your chicken is.
  8. When cooked plate up with your salad and enjoy.
