BBQ Crispy Chicken Strips with Salad

INGREDIENTS
- 25g Panko Breadcrumbs
- 1/2 Small Chicken
- 10g BBQ Seasoning
- 1 tsp Coconut Oil
- Side Salad
METHOD
- Pre heat your oven to 180 degrees
- Slice you chicken breast into strips and pour 1/3 of the bbq seasoning and let it marinate 1 hour if possible. The longer the better to get your flavours.
- Put your 1 tsp of coconut oil onto a tray and pop in the oven for 5 minutes to heat.
- Once your chicken is maintained get a side bowl and put the bread crumbs in, cover your chicken strips thoroughly.
- Then place the chicken on to the baking tray with the coconut oil and place in the oven.
- Prepare your salad.
- Cook for 35-40 minutes depending how thick your chicken is.
- When cooked plate up with your salad and enjoy.
