INGREDIENTS

  • 4 slices of turkey breast
  • 4 teaspoons (20 grams) of cream cheese
  • 4 pickles or cucumber strips

METHOD

  1. Place turkey breast slices on a large plate.
  2. Spread 1 teaspoon (5 grams) of cream cheese on each slice.
  3. Place a pickle or strip of cucumber on each turkey slice and roll up.
