INGREDIENTS
- 2 tins of drained canned tuna in spring water
- 2 spring onions
- 2 wholemail Pitta bread
- 2 tbsp light mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp low fat salad cream
- Shredded iceberg lettuce
METHOD
- Drain the tuna and flake into a bowl and mix in the chopped spring onions.
- Add a splash of vinegar and the mayonnaise and salad cream and combine.
- Cut your pitta breads in half and pack in the shredded lettuce and tuna mix and serve.
