INGREDIENTS

  • 2 tins of drained canned tuna in spring water
  • 2 spring onions
  • 2 wholemail Pitta bread
  • 2 tbsp light mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp low fat salad cream
  • Shredded iceberg lettuce

METHOD

  1. Drain the tuna and flake into a bowl and mix in the chopped spring onions.
  2. Add a splash of vinegar and the mayonnaise and salad cream and combine.
  3. Cut your pitta breads in half and pack in the shredded lettuce and tuna mix and serve.
