INGREDIENTS

  • 4 Boiled Eggs
  • 1 Cup Raw Cress
  • 4 Tbsp Light Mayonnaise
  • 4 Warburton
  • Wholemeal Thins

METHOD

  1. Hard-boil the eggs for 10 minutes, then drain and cool under cold water for 5 minutes. Peel, roughly chop and put in a bowl.
  2. Roughly chop watercress, and add this into the eggs with some salt and pepper and the light mayonnaise.
  3. Divide the filling between the thins and serve
