INGREDIENTS
- 4 Boiled Eggs
- 1 Cup Raw Cress
- 4 Tbsp Light Mayonnaise
- 4 Warburton
- Wholemeal Thins
METHOD
- Hard-boil the eggs for 10 minutes, then drain and cool under cold water for 5 minutes. Peel, roughly chop and put in a bowl.
- Roughly chop watercress, and add this into the eggs with some salt and pepper and the light mayonnaise.
- Divide the filling between the thins and serve
