Bacon, Fennel & Creamy Tomato Pasta

INGREDIENTS
- 150g back bacon with the fat trimmed
- 1 chopped red pepper
- 2 tsp of ground fennel seeds
- 400g chopped tomatoes
- 100g wholewheat pasta
- 90g Philadelphia Lightest
METHOD
- Get a pan of water on the boil seasoned with salt and get your choice of pasta cooking.
- Slice up the bacon and add to the pan and fry using fry light spray for 3 minutes along with the ground fennel seeds. Then add in the sliced peppers and fry until they start to soften and then add in the mushrooms and continue to fry until cooked.
- Add the chopped tomatoes and bring up to heat and then stir in the Philadelphia until you have a nice creamy sauce. Add in the pasta and combine and then serve straight away.
