Cardio is so important to strip down your body fat and achieve that flatter tummy. A popular and effective type of cardio to perform is HIIT –  high intensity interval training. HIIT training is a good way to do your cardio as it has been proven to burn maximum calories while preserving lean muscle mass. It’s a great way of burning body fat.
