Ems Abs Workouts Helped with my Lower Back Pain

When I first started training with Em, I explained that I’d always struggled with my back and prior to first session. I’d been given abs exercises at the gym that were putting too much pressure on my lower back and were causing me more pain.

Em started me off gently checking my form and technique as I completed each set and I was amazed at how quickly I built up my core strength and I got to a point where I actually enjoyed my abs workouts - who knew?!!

I then started doing the weekly abs classes too and got into a consistent routine which after only a few months all but cured my lower back pain as my core strength improved. Lockdown threw a spanner in the works and I knew I’d lost motivation and soon fell into bad habits, but with Ben and Em’s fitness app I’ve been able to continue abs workouts from my own home whilst still receiving their guidance and support.

Consistency is key as whenever I stop working my abs, my back pain issues return. I can highly recommend these workouts especially for those that suffer with back problems as Em will always modify an exercise to make it either easier or harder depending what you need.
