To access our live workouts on Zoom you will need to download the software from the Zoom website. The reason for this is that we use the Zoom registration system in order to provide you with access and this is not supported directly through the Zoom website.

Step 1 - Download the Zoom Client for Meetings Installer

Step 2 - Run the ZoomInstaller.exe file that downloads

You will need administrative permissions on the computer you are using in order to do this.

Step 3 - Open the Zoom Application from the Windows Menu

Step 4 - When the Application Launches Sign In to your Zoom Account

Step 5 - Choose Join Meeting and enter the Meeting ID

There is no password required as your Zoom login email address is registered to the meeting by us when we set up your account after signing up to the App.
