INGREDIENTS
- 2 x 175g gammon steaks
- 2 medium eggs
- 1 cup garden peas
- 1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- 8 pieces potato wedges
METHOD
- Preheat the oven to 200°C, Gas mark 6.
- Put the potato wedges onto a non-stick baking tray and bake for 30-35 mins until golden.
- Place the gammon steaks under the grill, preheated to a medium heat, and cook for 7-8 minutes turning half way through.
- Add your two eggs to a frying pan with 1 tbsp of extra virgin oil.
- Top the gammon steak with the egg and place the wedges to the side and serve with peas.
