INGREDIENTS

  • 2 x 175g gammon steaks
  • 2 medium eggs
  • 1 cup garden peas
  • 1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • 8 pieces potato wedges

METHOD

  1. Preheat the oven to 200°C, Gas mark 6.
  2. Put the potato wedges onto a non-stick baking tray and bake for 30-35 mins until golden.
  3. Place the gammon steaks under the grill, preheated to a medium heat, and cook for 7-8 minutes turning half way through.
  4. Add your two eggs to a frying pan with 1 tbsp of extra virgin oil.
  5. Top the gammon steak with the egg and place the wedges to the side and serve with peas.
