As you all know I love training abs, not because I’m mental (well maybe). I’ve seen the positive results personally by keeping my core, pelvic floor strong. After having three children, I struggled with my pelvic floor, I couldn’t laugh, sneeze and a star jump I had no chance (lol).

It’s so important to keep your abs and core strong, below are the positives in doing Em’s abs and core strengthening.

  1. Training your abs tightens the abdominal structures.
  2. Teaches the muscles to work together efficiently and effectively.
  3. Having a strong core will prevent injuries.
