Honestly it has been an amazing ride! I’ve lost 3/4 inch from my neck, 0.5 inch from my forearms, 3/4 inch from my biceps, 1 3/4 inches from my waist!

Sooo pleased with my results! For me this wasn’t about weight loss, it was about toning & strength, that has certainly happened!
